Ok so i tried that method and for servers 1-6 it says full if I try 7 it just says login failed

Are there servers full right now then? As I've been trying to join for the past hour and every time it either says login failed or servers full.
What is the IP for the servers or how do i join a server? My current settings are localhost and the port is 8005.
Every time I try to join it says servers are full. Does anyone know when there will be more servers put up?
